Who creates the rating engine?

ClickAndBind has created multiple rating engines for carriers over the past decade, but today many carriers have their own engine. ClickAndBind creates a custom interface built specifically to communicate with whatever system the carrier employs.

How do consumers generate a quote or bind?

ClickAndBind creates a consumer interface (consumer portal) to allow consumers to input data through an agent’s website into the carrier’s rating engine. The carrier controls all the rates,terms, and conditions, and the carrier’s rules determine when and if a bind is issued based on the authority of the agency.
