How do consumers generate a quote or bind?

ClickAndBind creates a consumer interface to allow consumers to input data through an agent’s website or a carrier's site directly into the carrier’s rating engine. The carrier controls all the rates, terms, and conditions, and the carrier’s rules determine when and if a bind is issued based on the authority of the agency assigned.
